Eligibility Criteria

  • Engineering Degree (Masters level preferred) in Computer Science/Electrical or any other engineering stream.
  • Programming/Database/Tools experience in following areas:
    • 4-6 Years of Experience in Electrical systems or software is plus.
    • Strong experience working in Java, Angular. 
    • Experience working on web application Development product specification and review.
  • Any certifications on Agile , AWS , JAVA etc… will give a clear benefit to the candidate applying for the position.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in all phases of software development life cycle, including design, product validation, documentation, and solving deployment issues
  • Work in an agile development environment and participate in sprint activities to plan and produce rapid cycle, high-quality deliverables
  • Design and develop Backend and Frontend developments (angular, javascript)
  • Participate to code reviews

Required Skills

  • Experience of Java/Angular developments.
  • Experience with Azure devOps and other Azure services.
  • Experience of working with Docker.
  • Experience with CI, pipelines… automation is what helps us keep focus.        
  • Experience with agile methodologies and practices – we want to go fast and make things right, let’s make sure we focus on what matters most!
  • Keep things simple and testable, reuse existing frameworks and patterns to save time and keep the focus on value.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, ability to tailor to all levels of an organization.
  • Technical aptitude and passion for learning.
  • Language: English (speaks & writes).

Soft Skills

  • Great interpersonal skills with written and spoken English will be a big plus.
  • Ability to work in team environment with clear focus on delivering solutions to business problems.
  • Should be able to work in a global cross-cultural environment.
  • Ability to work in Agile SCRUM and SAFE Agile environments is a big plus. At least understanding the processes is a need which cannot be ignored.
  • High Commitment to learn in a dynamic environment is a must and can not be ignored.
  • Presentation and Demonstration skills are a must for working in Agile team environment.
