Job Description: Engineering Internship at Volvo

At Volvo you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

Looking forward to an Intern based in Bangalore, India within the Test Infrastructure and Automation Team which is part of the global area of Vehicle Software Factory (VSF). In this role you will part of a global team responsible to develop and maintain the Component and System rigs which are used for verification of our embedded systems in the vehicle.

About the Job

  • BE/M. Tech in Electronics or Electrical Engineering.
  • Basic Knowledge about the Electronic/Electrical Architecture in a vehicle.
  • Good level of knowledge in both Electrical & Electronics Technology.
  • Knowledge about Truck/Vehicle environment and Truck Application.
  • Awareness of the Test & Verification area.
  • Good knowledge in area of PLC.
  • Awareness on selecting Data acquisition hardware based on project requirement
  • Good skills in using MS Office Tools.
  • Good skills in Problem Solving and proposal of solutions in a short time.
  • You are paid stipend during the training period.
  • There is no guarantee of employment after completion of training as an apprentice.
