Applications are invited for Research Associate- Data Science at IIM Ahmedabad for the year 2022. The last date of application is 15 August.
The IIMA Centre for Transportation and Logistics (CTL) is hiring full-time Research Associate to support project activity. Research Associates are expected to work independently within the scope of their responsibilities.
Eligibility
- B. Tech in Computer Science or B.Tech in Mathematics and Computing
- Applicants must have good knowledge of python programming language
- Application should have working knowledge of Scala
- Prior experience of working or can work on Data mechanics platforms
- Experience with distributed data/computing tools such as Spark
- Adept at handling large datasets and experience working with and creating data architectures.
Duration
The position will be initially offered for a period of six months and may be extended depending on performance, at the discretion of the faculty supervisors. A Research Associate will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week and may be required to travel within India.
