The PGP-DM is tailored to empower young changemakers to drive positive change. It is a distinct blend of development perspectives and management principles.
The social sector needs leaders and managers who can design sustainable interventions to create impact at scale. The PGP-DM equips students with professional management skills and knowledge to handle the complexities and challenges of the social sector.
The PGP-DM program is divided into 8 terms, and it includes corporate social responsibility and sustainability, economic reasoning and public policy, intervention design for social impact, fund raising, monitoring and evaluation, technology for social impact at scale, network and partnerships, and concepts of social work. In just 11 months, you can attain complete mastery in different electives and get ready to lead high-impact organizations.

The postgraduate program in development management is the only 11-month program globally that blends development ideas with management theories.
