About ICMOCE 2025
The 3rd International Conference on Microwave, Optical and Communication Engineering (ICMOCE-2025) is to be held during 23-25 May 2025 at the School of Electrical and Computer Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
The conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE (Kolkata and Bhubaneswar Sections) and by Springer. ICMOCE-2025 will provide an international forum for the exchange of ideas on state-of-the-art research in microwave, optical and communication engineering.
Important Note
- Submitted papers: will be peer-reviewed for possible inclusion in the conference proceedings expected to be published by Springer-Verlag as a volume of Lecture Notes in Computer Science.
- Special Issue: Extended and revised versions of selected papers from the Distributed Computing track will be considered for a special issue of the international journal Theoretical Computer Science (TCS).

Submission Guidelines
- ALL submissions must be made on-line via the ICMOCE 2025 Paper Submission Link. Submissions will NOT be accepted via Email.
- Prior to submission, you need to create an account on the submission site using the above link.
- You may edit your submission up until the submission deadline.
- Your submission will be considered for review only if it meets all the paper specifications mentioned on this site.
- Publication Options
- The extended abstracts of the accepted and presented papers will be included in the conference proceedings.
- Additionally, the interested authors can opt to include their work either in the IEEE Xplore or in the Springer Lecture Note Series. Kindly choose one option during paper submission. Only papers presented in the conference will be considered for publication.
- Option A: The peer reviewed papers will be considered for submission to IEEE for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore following IEEE procedure.
- Option B: The peer reviewed and selected papers will be forwarded for possible inclusion as proceedings with Springer in their prestigious “Lecture Notes in Electrical Engineering” series (https://www.springer.com/series/7818).
- Paper Specifications for Option A (IEEE Xplore)
- Each submitted paper should be within a page limit of maximum 5 pages.
- The submission needs to be formatted according to the IEEE paper template available at the following link: IEEE – Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings
- Submissions not strictly adhering to the IEEE template for conference proceedings will NOT be considered for review.
- The paper should be written and presented only in English.
- Do NOT put page numbers on your paper.
- Do NOT include any security settings to your submission file.
- Paper Specifications for Option B (Springer Lecture Note Series)
- Each submitted paper should have a minimum page limit of 10 pages.

- Select papers from the conference will be published by Springer as a proceedings book volume. Springer will conduct quality checks on the accepted papers and only papers that pass these checks will be published. Springer Nature does not charge any money for publication of Non-Open Access content.
- Abstracts/extended abstracts and short papers (less than 4 pages) are not considered for publication.
- The paper should be written and presented only in English.
- Do NOT include any security settings to your submission file.
