International Institute of Information Technology Bhubaneswar was established by the Government of Odisha in 2006. It is designed to be a premier Institute of Information Technology and related areas. IIIT Bhubaneswar aims to carry out higher learning, research and development activities in the field of Information Technology.
The Institute is seeking good applicants to be recruited as Post-Doctoral Research Fellows (PDRFs)/ Research Associates (RAs). This program is awarded for scholarly development and career advancement for individuals who have obtained a doctoral degree. Aim is to provide opportunities to young researchers to pursue active research and teaching in their respective field of specialization (or an interdisciplinary field).
It is a full-time program with an initial assignment of one year, extendable for another two years subject to satisfactory progress. Under this scheme, PDRFs/ RAs will carry out advanced research at the Institute, preferably with a faculty member as a mentor.
