Karthik Shankar, he currently pursuing my Master’s in Human Resources Management (MSc HRM) at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland. Both his academic and professional journeys have given me an extensive understanding of organisational behaviour, talent management and development, employee engagement, employee life-cycle and talent acquisition and workforce innovation. The title of my master’s thesis research is “Job Engagement and Innovative Work Behaviour among ICT Professionals in India: Mediating Role of Learning Agility and Moderating Effect of Emotional Consonance.” The proposed study seeks to explore how engaged employees in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) sector contribute to organisational innovation, with a specific focus on the roles played by the mediating variable learning agility (which is the ability to quickly learn and adapt to novel situations) and moderating variable emotional consonance (which is the alignment between the emotions genuinely felt and emotions expressed at workplace).
This survey specifically targets professionals working in the ICT sector in India. The ideal respondents for the survey include software developers, IT project managers, cybersecurity experts, data analysts, consultants, and others with similar roles and profiles in the ICT industry. Participation from diverse job positions and varied levels of seniority (entry-level to top management) are encouraged to participate to help making it a comprehensive and representative data.
Interested candidates can fill the survey form via this page.
Please complete and submit your responses by May 25, 2025. Responses submitted after this date will not be included in the data analysis.
There are no incentives provided for participation. However, your valuable input will significantly contribute to academic research aimed at improving workplace practices in the ICT sector.
