Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology was established in year 1987 as Regional Engineering College and was given the status of National Institute of Technology (Deemed University) by the Government of India on October 17, 2002, under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (Shiksha Mantralaya), New Delhi. Now the Ministry of Education (Shiksha Mantralaya), Government of India has declared the Institute as an “Institute of National Importance” under the act of Parliament-2007.

Department of Computer Science & Engineering of Dr. B R Ambedkar National Institute of Technology is hosting the 3rd International Conference on Secure Cyber Computing and Communications. The area of computing and communication has grown evidently in the past two decades with wide-ranging aspects. Computing includes designing, developing, and building hardware and software systems; processing, structuring, and managing various kinds of information; doing scientific research on and with computers; making computer systems behave intelligently; and creating and using communications and entertainment media. The field of computing includes computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, information systems, and information technology and the list is virtually endless, and the possibilities are vast.
