Applications are invited for admission to MTech Program at IIT Tirupati. The last date to apply online is April 19, 2023.

The Indian Institute of Technology Tirupati (IIT Tirupati), established in 2015, is an autonomous Institute under the Ministry of Education, Government of India. It is declared an Institute of National Importance under the Act of Parliament of India (Institutes of Technology Act, 1961).

IIT Tirupati offers M.Tech. programs in the following areas:

Electrical Engineering	Signal Processing & Communications. Microelectronics & VLSI. RF and Microwave Engineering.
Mechanical Engineering	Design & Manufacturing. Thermal Engineering and Energy systems.

Candidates with a B.Tech degree from IITs who satisfy the following conditions can apply without a valid GATE score.

The application fee is non-refundable. Please ensure to save the payment reference number.

Financial assistance in the form of a Half-Time Teaching Assistantship (HTTA) at the rate of Rs.12,400/- p.m. (tenable for a maximum period of 24 months) will be awarded to Indian Nationals pursuing the M. Tech. Programs, subject to Institute rules. Students receiving HTTA are required to assist for 8 hours/week in the academic activities of the department such as laboratory demonstrations, tutorials, evaluation of assignments, test papers, seminars, research projects, etc.
