Applications are invited for Project Associate at NIT Surathkal Under SERB Funded Project for the year 2023. The last date of application is 20 June 2023.

Applications are invited from eligible Indian nationals for the post of Project Associate in a time bound SERB sponsored project undertaken in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering of the Institute. The details are as follows:

National Institute of Technology Karnataka, Surathkal is located in Mangalore City, Karnataka State, India. The Institute was established as Karnataka Regional Engineering College (KREC) in 1960, and upgraded as National Institute of Technology Karnataka (NITK) in 2002. Mangalore is the headquarters of the coastal district of Dakshina Kannada, and boasts an important centre of education, business and trade in the state.

Automatic Early Detection of Lung Cancer From LDCT images using Deep Neutral Networks.

M.E/M.Tech in Computer Science/ IT /E&C or in related disciplines with consistently good academic record. The candidate should have good knowledge of machine learning and image processing methods. Experience in implementing deep learning based projects is a plus.
