The Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs (ABGLP) began in 1996 with the objective of building versatile next-generation leaders for the Aditya Birla Group. Over the last two decades, the leadership programs have been through a series of revitalizing transformations to meet the demands and requirements of the Group. The Group Management Trainee Program evolved into the Aditya Birla Group Leadership Program in 2007, which was later diversified with the introduction of Functional Programs for Human Resources and Finance.
Students in their third year pursuing a full-time B.E/B. Tech, from select engineering colleges, are eligible to apply for the EIP program.
The hiring follows a 3-stage assessment process:
Participants are given specific manufacturing function for an internship of 2 to 3 months across the following functions of the Group’s businesses: Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Instrumentation, Mining, Metallurgy, Power, Automation, and Information Technology/Computer Science.
