Job Description: Co-Op Intern at AMD
- Internship role as Co-Op Intern at AMD is for summer duration, starting May 2024.
- This role requires the student to work from the Bangalore office throughout the duration of the Co-op/Intern term. First time Co-ops/Interns should work full-time and onsite.
- We are looking for smart, creative people who have a passion for solving complex problems. The ideal candidate has a strong background in Verilog , SV and OOPs concepts.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of ASIC deisgn & verification flows
- Need basics of verilog/VHDL, C programming skills
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Individual contributor & team player
- Exposure of performance & architectural methodologies is added plus
Responsibilities
- Actively work with other team members especially with DV and RTL owner of a block to close signatures
- Innovating to improve test bench debug cycles.
Academics
- Bachelor’s Electronics & Communication , master’s or Ph.D. student in VLSI Design or Micro Electronics
- Preferred Experience
- Exposure to Digital design, Verilog, and System Verilog
- Scripting languages such as Perl or Python is added advantage
