Eligibility

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Science, Math, Business, or related field
  • Must have at least one semester/term of school remaining following the completion of the internship
  • React/Angular/.NET|JAVA/Andorid/IOS SWIFT.
  • Good communication Skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in programming languages (such as C#, Java, Python, JavaScript) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Under supervision, utilizes engineering tools, customer data, and direct customer feedback to identify and highlight product defects, misuse, or customer-related issues. With guidance, monitors customer incidents, engages with customers and partners to understand their concerns, provides updates on active cases, and communicates progress and next steps effectively.
  • With managerial support, advises customers on configuring and deploying solutions on the Microsoft platform. Assists in addressing customer questions and concerns while reporting issues related to new deployments.
  • With direction from management, collects feedback from customers and partners to understand how they interact with the product. Assists the team in identifying feature gaps, misconfigurations, metrics, and performance indicators (KPIs) in the product. Supports efforts to implement automated solutions for team efficiency.
  • Aids in escalating specific customer issues to appropriate teams for resolution. Under supervision, ensures clear communication of progress and alignment among stakeholders regarding escalations.
  • Collaborates with customers to gather input on their experiences with Microsoft solutions, identifying gaps in scenarios and limitations in the product.
  • With some oversight, works with cross-functional teams (e.g., program managers, software engineers, product teams, and customer support teams) to review and address customer issues, ensuring efficient resolution.
