Job Description
- In this role, you will be responsible for supporting & augmenting corporate IT engineering automation for IT.
- You will be working actively on the DevOps operational issues along with internal/external partners to automate things and help recover the systems failure (proactive/reactive).
- You will have tremendous opportunities to learn in one of the biggest compute groups in the industry.
- You shall be expected to possess knowledge of best practices and market trends pertaining to the cloud and the overall industry to build the necessary competency.
- You should also have experience in working with teams remotely across geographies.
Responsibilities
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as .Net, Python, Shell scripting
- Exposure to cloud technology
- Conducts technical research when necessary to contribute to project direction and strategy.
- Design and development of a multi-account, multi-region, highly available and highly automated cloud environment to support application development, cloud computing, security, identity and access management, and IT infrastructure.
- Understand and contribute to the creation of system support documents and operational procedures.
- Handling business expectations. Driving innovation within the Technology space
- Leading multiple projects with different Project managers and providing regular updates to business.
- Managing Escalation from stakeholders.
- Customer engagement and doing health checks in their environments.
- Proof of Concept before rolling to production.
- Liaising with stakeholders to gather their requirements & answer their queries and providing them with primary and technical support.
- Preparing training schedules and materials to mentor & train technical engineers

Stipend
