Applications are invited for ICE Internship 2024 at NIT Tiruchirapalli Under SERB Funded Project. The last date of application is April 20.
Applications are invited from the third year and final year B.Tech EEE/ EIE/ ECE/ ICE/ MECHANICAL/ MECHATRONICS/ PRODUCTION students of various institutions (other than NIT Trichy) for undergoing an internship at the Department of Instrumentation and control engineering under Scientific Social Responsibility (SSR) of the SERB-project (SPG/2021/001420).
National Institute of Technology Trichy is one of the 31 National Institutes of Technology established by the Government of India. Today, NITT is an autonomous co-educational technological institute, with 10 undergraduate and 28 graduate programs.
Undergraduate programs lead to the B.Tech degrees, while the graduate students and postgraduate students earn M.Tech, M.S. (by Research) and Ph. D degrees respectively. NITT also has a management and architecture school. NITT is located in Thuvakudi on the Trichy-Tanjore national highway, 17 km from Trichy Railway Junction.
The National Institute of Technology (formerly known as Regional Engineering College) Tiruchirappalli, situated in the heart of Tamil Nadu on the banks of the river Cauvery, was started as a joint and co-operative venture of the Government of India and the Government of Tamil Nadu during 1964 with a view to catering to the needs of man-power in technology for the Country.
Design and development of low cost multifunctional lower limb exoskeleton system for motion assistance to paraplegics.
Essential Qualification: Currently pursuing third year and final year B.Tech with good academic background.
Desirable: Knowledge on BLDC Motor control, Embedded C programming and Arduino programming, MATLAB, Trouble shooting of Embedded boards, Solid works and Ansys.
One month only and extendable to one more month based on the performance (Between 01.05.2024 and 15.07.2024).

A stipend of Rs. 5000/-per month will be paid to the intern and a certificate will be issued to the intern upon completion of the assigned tasks.
