The Support Intern is a member of the LabGuru Support Team part of the Digital Platform Enablement group based in Bangalore.
Responsible for supporting Thermo Fisher Scientific Labs and BUs for configuration and support of the LabGuru product. This is accomplished through understanding the desired labs’ requirements, features, and user needs. Here are some of the key activities for the role:
