About the Team
As the Learning and Development team, we play a key role in setting up the entire business using the best learning and development industry practices. As an Intern in learning and Development, you’ll join us in supporting the team in streamlining the process much more efficiently. They work closely with the Meesho leadership team to understand business objectives and fine-tune our processes, aligning our decisions with company goals.
Role
As a Learning and development Intern- you will work very closely with the Learning and development supervisors and help maintain the team’s data sanctity in the Learning tool. You’ll work on learning and developing specific data and preparing reports/dashboards based on the different metrics defined by the team.
Responsibilities
- The individual shall be accountable for performing day-to-day BAU tasks with the help of the Trainer.
- The individual shall be involved in data preparation for training.
- The individual would follow up with the internal stakeholders to clear the pending tasks.
- The individual would be involved in helping the Trainer and the L&D team by undertaking the spillover work.
- The individual would be involved in revamping training content and helping fasten the LMS and KMS launch.
What you will need
- The individual should be strong in communication skills (English & Hindi/Kannada/Tamil/Telegu)
- The individual should be good in MS Office (Excel, PPT)
- Should be an enterprising individual
- Should be flexible in taking up any tasks assigned by the L&D team
