Applications are invited for Paid Internship 2024 at IIT Ropar. The last date of application is May 24. A stipend of up to Rs. 5K is provided.

Applications are invited for a work focused on Microwave ablation (MWA) of cancerous tumor which is a part of SERB sponsored project. On campus stay may be provided subject to availability. Internship will be in offline mode. The candidates are required to apply online from IITs, NITs, IISERs, National Labs, Centrally funded technical Institutions, CEAs, Government Universities, Private institutions/Universities. At present, the institute offers Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) programme in the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Metallurgical and Materials Engineering. This programme is spread over a period of eight semesters. The institute also offers M.Tech programme in several disciplines including Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering.

A paid internship (Rs 5000 per month for a maximum of 2 months) is available which would start immediately at IIT Ropar in Minimally Invasive Therapies (MInT) lab.
