CM.com is a global technology company that is dedicated to enhancing people’s lives through innovation. Their mission is to continuously find ways to better connect people worldwide. As part of this mission, CM.com is looking for an enthusiastic software engineer intern to join their R&D hub in India.

The internship will be based in their Bangalore office, where the selected intern will work within the marketplace team. The role involves taking products from the Proof of Concept phase through to market readiness and eventually maturing into a mission-critical integration within the marketplace. CM.com’s R&D department consists of over 300 people across more than 25 agile teams, all working towards delivering impactful technological solutions.

CM.com’s Payments, Messaging, and SaaS products often require seamless integrations with external platforms, such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, to maximize the value for their customers. These integrations span a range of use cases, from Conversational AI chatbots interacting with ERPs to contact center applications pulling data from order systems, and CRMs posting records to CM.com’s Customer Data Platform.

To simplify this process and avoid a complex network of point solutions, CM.com is introducing CM Marketplace. With this new product, external platforms will only need to integrate once. After the initial integration, data contracts, authentication, and authorization will automatically cascade across multiple CM.com products, streamlining the entire process for customers.
