Responsibilities
- User Interviews & Focus Groups: You’ll chat with users, ask the right questions, and uncover what makes them tick. Your mission? Get deep insights into their experiences.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Help us map out every step of the user’s journey on our platform, finding ways to make it smoother and more enjoyable.
- Benchmarking: You’ll compare our user experience with other platforms to see where we can level up.
- Spotting Patterns: Look for user behaviours and trends that will help us improve our products.
- Building Customized Experiences: Use the insights you gather to help craft a personalized experience that users will love and keep coming back for.
