The World Bank Government Analytics Fellowship Program is a pioneering initiative designed to bridge the gap between the vast, yet underutilized, data resources held by governments and the potential for enhanced public administration efficiency through data-informed decision-making.
The Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship Program (JJ/WBGSP) is open to citizens of eligible developing countries with relevant professional experience and a proven history of contributing to their countries’ development. Applicants must be pursuing a master’s degree in a development-related field. Subject to funding, the program provides scholarships for 41 participating master’s programs across 24 universities in the U.S., Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Japan, in key development areas such as economic policy management, tax policy, and infrastructure management.
The scheme aims to recognize and financially support meritorious students from economically weaker sections. Timken India Ltd will provide scholarships to help these students complete their courses.
There are 21 scholarship schemes initiated by RECT/NITT Alumni. The scholarship are awarded as per policy of each scholarship.
Each year, RECAL Foundation invites applications from students for award of the scholarship. Out of the applications received, the students eligible are selected after due diligence by members from RECAL and the Institute. The selection also follows the rules established for each scholarship scheme.
FFE finds bright and deserving students with financially constrained backgrounds who performed exceptionally well at state and national level entrance exams. Once a facilitator verifies the student’s financial need, the scholarship is awarded and their journey begins.
While the Program’s main focus is providing financial support for qualified students interested in Technology, Engineering and Medicine, FFE’s assistance extends beyond finances and includes training, mentorship and advice from a vast network of donors and alumni. This assistance is available irrespective of the applicant’s caste, community, gender or religion. The only eligibility criteria for the Program are academic performance and family income.
