The Infosys Foundation STEM Stars Scholarship Program 2024-25 is an initiative by the Infosys Foundation to support first-year female students in India who aspire to pursue undergraduate degrees in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) subjects.
The scholarship provides comprehensive financial coverage of up to ₹1 lakh per annum for female students in a 4-year STEM course, subject to meeting the eligibility criteria. This includes tuition fees, living expenses, and costs incurred for study materials.
Established in 1996, the Infosys Foundation supports programs primarily in the areas of Education, Healthcare, Women Empowerment and Environmental Sustainability. In addition, it also has a focus on areas such as Art and Culture, Rural Development, Destitute Care, and Disaster Relief.
Its mission is to work with the underprivileged across the country and strive towards a more equitable society. Infosys Foundation takes pride in working with all sections of society, selecting projects with infinite care, and working in areas that are traditionally overlooked by society at large.
The selected candidates will receive a scholarship of up to ₹1 lakh per annum, covering tuition, living expenses, and study materials, for the duration of the course against paid receipts.
