Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Responsibilities
Participate in any of the below technical activities for Spanish-speaking clients
- Provide Application Development and Maintenance
- Service Desk Management
- Application Testing
Technical Experience
- Experience working with Spanish-speaking geographies in the field of Information Technology.
- Good Spanish Language Skills B2 or above level, experience in translating Spanish to English and vice versa Experience in language Interpretation, and client interaction.
- Minimum 2 years Experience in any of the below technical skills a Java Programming Language b Cobol c Oracle PL/SQL d SAP e Functional Testing f Service Management.
