Responsibilities
- Understand memory compiler features & architecture and Develop memory Silicon Validation Test plan.
- Test chip Silicon Data Analysis debugs & consolidation of results
- Exposure to test program development & debug
- Resolves issues in creative ways.
- Technical interfacing & interactions with multiple teams across sites.
Requirements
- Understanding of SRAM, Memory Bit Cell & Operation of CMOS circuits
- Exposure to EDA/CAD tools – schematic, layout, spice simulation…
- Strong debugging & problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills & teamwork
- Working tcl/ perl/ python know-how.
- Exposure to Pattern generation and electrical test.
- Basics of Digital design (realization of Boolean function using Gates, Mux etc)
- Strong CMOS fundamentals
- Knowledge of CMOS fabrication
- Good digital design knowledge
- Exposure to basic analog fundamentals
