About the Job

  • The role of Software Engineer leads the creation, implementation, and optimization of software tools in support of various domains.
  • These domains include design, manufacturing, validation, silicon production, systems integration, software application products, or ecosystem enabling.
  • Utilizes modern software development methodologies, programming languages, and domain knowledge.
  • Implement secure coding practices to design, develop, debug, and/or validate algorithms, software tools, and systems that enable our internal/external engineering partners to design/manufacture intel silicon, integrate Intel silicon and/or software into impactful products.
  • Examples of tools/systems include debuggers, analyzers, SDKs, IDEs, PDKs, performance monitors, software tools and libraries, flows, and/or methodologies for design, manufacturing, validation, and test.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field of study.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in SW(Software) development, SW Qualification, Data analytics.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on technical expertise in developing, validating, qualifying Intel SW products.
  • Hands-on experience with setting up environments, tools like static analysis, code coverage, requirements management.

Experience

  • Experience developing scripts, tools, and automation solutions.
  • Experience in data science, big data analysis, machine learning, predictive analytics.
  • Experience with Python, SQL, PowerBI or other visualization tools.
  • Experience in various phases of software development life cycle.

Working Model

  • This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
  • In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
