Job Description

  • As a Lead People Tech Consultant -you are accountable for independently leading People Tech bodies of work across BAU/ in-flight and strategic initiatives to execute against the People Tech roadmap.
  • The portfolio includes consulting on and creating impact across many challenging yet exciting products/applications.
  • Our HR Tech stack ranges from SuccessFactors and other Best of breed solutions/in-house tools that cut across the hire-to-retire lifecycle, with opportunities to double down on many more game-changing HR initiatives as you personify the vision and march towards the People Tech North Star!
  • An incumbent is expected to be a technologist at heart and bring to the table, a blend of both HR Process and Technology acumen with experience managing HR Tech projects and/or Products.

Responsibilities

  • Explore feasibility and build out HR use cases by being hands-on through citizen (no code) development platforms; run and maintain those use cases; create shared interest internally, educate and train stakeholders on using these platforms through a self-sufficiency model.
  • Analyze current HR processes and identify potential use cases/areas for automation. Holistically evaluate and question automation requests from an ROI perspective, the potential system solutions and internal prioritization framework.
  • Partner with the HRIT RPA team to add and execute to the existing roadmap and a sprint-wise plan based on feasibility check, ROI ( in terms of resource hour savings etc) and level of effort.
  • Work closely with CoEs and other stakeholders to educate them on HR automation, and understand and gather requirements in the form of BRDs.
  • Closely follow through and work alongside the HRIT RPA team to ensure the timely delivery of automation solutions as per the roadmap and sprint plan.
  • Keep stakeholders updated on progress, support required as well as the UAT plan & roll-out schedule.
  • Own UAT cycles by creating the test scripts and running positive and negative test cases and facilitating UAT/Demo for process SMEs on automation-specific use cases.
  • Ensure new and existing automation are monitored for performance and provide ongoing support on Change Requests/enhancements.
  • Manage BAU and ideate on new Gchat nudge interventions in line with internal governance and driving diligence across various personas; measure and report engagement.
  • Scope out technologies and drive innovation in the HR Tech space for new initiatives with a People first and an integrated HR-Tech mindset
  • Experience working on HRIS/HRMS systems (SAP SuccessFactors/Workday/PeopleSoft/Oracle HCM/Darwin Box, etc..) and other HR tech products/tools

Required Skill Sets & Experience

  • 6-8 years of hands-on HR Tech experience supporting HR initiatives and programs across various employee/contractual workforce groups.
  • Experience managing end-to-end HR product/application lifecycles from inception through implementation and then evolution.
  • Well-versed in different stages of Project Management-Waterfall, hybrid and Agile.
  • Technology and Business acumen and a solid understanding of how tech can create value for the Business.
  • Preferred experience with SuccessFactors/Workday/Other HRIS systems/tools.
  • UI Path/Blue Prism/Automation anywhere.
