Job Description

The Role focuses on  Financial processes and data analysis and Project Portfolio Management incl. reporting and analysis.

Responsibility

  • Analyze budgets, forecasts & actuals with drill-down when required.
  • Prepare regular Project and Service Portfolio Analyses to support the identification of fields of action.
  • Support the organization with ad hoc analysis of data.
  • Data analysis and reporting quality assurance.
  • Data Analysis out of the different internal tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
  • Support the Dashboard Team with the development of Dashboards (Tableau / SAP Analytics Cloud).
  • Support Report and Dashboard Development with testing and quality assurance.
  • Support the Dashboard Team with improving the reporting and dashboard landscape based on analysis needs.
  • Troubleshooting existing reports, identifying data mismatch and opportunities to optimize existing reports.

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s / Master’s degree with experience in Economics / Business Intelligence domain.
  • 3-5 years of total working experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to interpret, analyze and visualize data.
  • Clear, logical, and effective verbal/written communication skills
  • High responsiveness and keen perception.
  • Organized, ability to work independently and within a team to achieve given objectives
  • Working with International teams in a similar role is a must.
  • Experiences with SAP Analytics Cloud and Tableau
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • English Language Mandatory.
