Job Description
Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Infra):
- To lead initiatives in the domain of infrastructure, data center operations, network operations, cloud, enterprise architecture, enterprise integration, and more (i.e. Run-The-Bank Portfolio).
- To lead and oversee Core Banking Architecture module/ Digital Channels/ Datacenter, Networking & Infrastructure Management in the BFSI sector and handle development, operations, and management in the related areas.
- To ensure standardization, modernization, consolidation, and management of IT infrastructure and operations including deployment and management of Private/Public/Hybrid cloud infrastructure for Applications.
- To handle and oversee the implementation of large transformational IT projects.
- To lead in Agile Development and vendor management.
- To play an active role in the implementation of Enterprise Interface Services (APIs) and in the building of world class digital domain for the bank.
Deputy Chief Technology Officer (Digital):
- To lead the digital transformation of the organization.
- To implement new digital-centric frameworks.
- To help the organization become more agile by enabling in-house development and incubation of innovative technologies, infusion of new and emerging technologies into existing channels and products, and increase adoption of cutting-edge technologies like Artificial Intelligence/ Machine Learning/ Blockchain/ Robotic Process Automation/ Internet of Things.
- To oversee the implementation of large transformational IT projects.
- To build alliances and partnerships and generate revenue streams through the monetization of digital assets.
- To establish SRE capabilities to monitor, automate and digitize the experience for tracking channel issues and addressing them proactively.
- To work closely with a range of cross-functional teams to develop go-to-market strategy and spearhead digital launches for new markets.
- To set standards for driving consistent experience, performance, and service for customers across all e-channels (an omnichannel experience).

Note:
- Contract period: 3 years. The contract may be renewed further at the discretion of the Bank. The contract can be terminated from either side by giving 3 months’ advance notice.
- The number of vacancies mentioned above is provisional and may vary according to the actual requirement of the Bank.
- Reservation for PwBD is horizontal within the overall vacancies for the post.
- PwBD candidate should produce a certificate issued by a competent authority as per the Government of India guidelines
- Bank reserves the right to cancel the recruitment process entirely at any stage.
- In cases where experience in a specific field is required, the relevant experience certificate from the employer must contain specifically that the candidate had
- experience in that related field as required.
- In the case where the certificate of Degree/ Post Graduation/ Professional qualification/ Diploma does not specify the field of specialization, the candidate will have
- To produce a certificate from the concerned university/ institute/ college specifically mentioning the specialization.
Selection Process
The selection will be based on Shortlisting, Interviews, and CTC Negotiation.
- Shortlisting: Mere fulfilling minimum qualifications and experience will not vest any right in the candidate for being called for an interview. The shortlisting committee constituted by the Bank will decide the shortlisting parameters and thereafter, the adequate number of candidates, as decided by the Bank, will be shortlisted for interview. The decision of the Bank to call the candidates for the interview shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard. The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Interview: The interview will carry 100 marks. The qualifying marks in the interview will be decided by the Bank. No correspondence will be entertained in this regard.
- Merit list: The merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in the interview only. In case more than one candidate scores the cut-off marks (common marks at the cut-off point), such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, in the merit list.

Application Fees
- Application fees (Non-refundable) are 750/- ( Seven Hundred fifty only) for General, EWS, and OBC candidates and nil for SC/ ST/PwBD candidates.
- Fee payment will have to be made online through the payment gateway available thereat.
- After ensuring the correctness of the particulars in the application form, candidates are required to pay the fees through a payment gateway integrated with the application. No change/ edit in the application will be allowed thereafter.
- The payment can be made by using a Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Internet Banking etc. by providing information as asked on the screen. Transaction charges for online payment, if any, will be borne by the candidates.
- On successful completion of the transaction, an e-receipt and application form, bearing the date of submission by the candidate, will be generated which should be printed and retained by the candidate.
- If the online payment of the fee is not successfully completed in the first instance, please make fresh attempts to make an online payment.
- There is also a provision to reprint the e-Receipt and Application form containing fee details, at a later stage.
- Application Fee once paid will NOT be refunded on any account NOR can it be adjusted for any other examination or selection in the future.
