Structure of TIH – IoT 2023

  • Abstract Submission: Participants have to submit a report based on the work done so far and also consistent with the format mentioned in the problem statement. 
  • Presentation Submission: Participants have to submit a final report in which their research, proposed solution, technical aspects, benefit to the users, etc. all should be mentioned as given in the Problem Statement. 
  • Final Presentation: The final shortlisted participants will get a chance to present and explain their solutions in front of judges during the main fest which will be held at IIT Bombay.

Timeline of TIH – IoT 2023

  • Last Date of Registration: November 15, 2023.
  • Abstract Submission: November 15, 2023.
  • Shortlisting of abstracts: November 24, 2023.
  • Presentation Submission: December 20, 2023.
  • Final presentation & result announcement of Ideation Stage: December 27-29, 2023.

How to Register?

Follow these steps for registration: Go to the website > Competitions > TOH – IoT > Explore More > Register > Fill in all your details > You will be registered and now you must either Create a team/Join a team.

Rules

  • Every team has to register online on the official Techfest website for the competition.
  • A Team ID will be allocated to the team on registration which shall be used for future references.
  • The decision of the organizers or judges shall be treated as final and binding on all.
  • No responsibility will be held by Techfest, IIT Bombay for any late, lost or misdirected entries.
  • Note that at any point in time, the latest information will be that which is on the website; however, registered participants will be informed through mail about any changes.
  • All modes of official communication will be through the Techfest e-mail, participants are advised to keep track of all folders in their e-mail accounts.

How to Make Your Own Team?

Follow this process: Go to the website > (hover on) Competitions > Competitions > TOH – IoT > Explore > Register > Fill all your details > Team > Create a team > Use the Registered Mail ID of other participants to add them to your team. They must be already registered before adding them to your team.

What is the Registration Email ID?

The Gmail ID which was used to Sign In is the Registered Mail ID. It is a unique identity of any participant. It will be used in adding team members in a team, joining a pre-existing team etc.
