Job Description
- Provide performance testing capabilities for complex applications.
- Work with stakeholders on a daily basis to design test cases, create performance test scripts, and execute performance scenarios.
- Work under the direction of a Performance Lead.
- Write technical performance test plans.
- Develop data-driven load test scripts using different Protocols.
- Use Load Runner/PC to design and execute load and performance tests.
- Lead the data creation activities for the required load tests.
- Design and executes different types of load tests such as load, failover, aging, etc.).
- Work closely with application development, architecture, infrastructure, and production support groups for defect triage and production planning.
- Report findings according to a defined process, such as sending an email.
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance testing.
- Minimum 1 year of Performance Center or LoadRunner experience.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in either cloud, docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, NoSQL, or Cassandra
- Minimum 1 year of experience with one or more APM monitoring/profiling tools such as Dynatrace, CA Wily Introscope, Splunk, AWR reports etc.
- Knowledge of Splunk to be able to do better load test analysis
- Experience with Performance troubleshooting (heap dump & thread dump analysis)
- Experience with Application and infrastructure scaling analysis and recommendations
- Experience with J2EE and/or. Net Diagnostic Skills.

Salary
The starting range of pay for this role is $58.50 – $68.50 per hour.
