Internship Details
Nike is seeking graduates who are passionate about automation and business process simplification, with a focus on learning and working with industry-leading platforms like ServiceNow. These platforms drive efficiency in business processes and services both within and across organizations. Nike is looking for candidates eager to embrace the digital disruption wave, using the ServiceNow platform to create innovative solutions. Ideal candidates will be interested in developing digital platforms that enable multi-channel, automated user interactions, as well as interactions with other platforms.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of software development fundamentals and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with product managers and team members.
This role involves tasks related to configuration, development, administration, and operational support for all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Responsibilities include handling standard configuration, security, data management, reporting, integrations with third-party applications, and environment management, all while ensuring data integrity, platform health, and adherence to best practices.
Role and Responsibilities
If this is you, you’ll be working with product managers to deliver technical solutions via Scrum methodology that solve problems while supporting the long-term health of the ServiceNow platform.
You will develop solutions using ServiceNow functionalities :-
- Design intuitive forms using Form Designer, UI policies
- Build server-side and client-side scripting using JavaScript
- Set up Access Control Lists
- Use Flow Designer to build workflows
- Set up notifications
- Design Service Portals using Bootstrap & AngularJS
- Configure Chat
- Setup analytics and reporting
- Integrate with other platforms using APIs
- Author technical knowledge articles
- Participate in Scrum cadences – DevOps backlog grooming, sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups
- You will maintain the platform integrity, security and performance :-
- Apply patches and system upgrades on scheduled basis
- Troubleshoot and remediate functionality related incidents
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Strong coding principles using object-oriented language
- Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills to investigate issues, find solutions to problems and improve processes
- Collaborative spirit to work with team members on building solutions to business requirements
- Knowledge-seeking and Knowledge-sharing mindset
- Fundamentals of RDBMS & SQL
