Internship Project Details
- The intern will be responsible for building an Ionic framework mobile application that works with maps and consumes backend APIs.
- The intern will be responsible for setting up the test, CI/CD pipelines and the management of the app deployment on Playstore.
- Collaborate with design and backend teams to create interactive, geospatially enabled features, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience.
Responsibilities
- Developing Mobile App Features: Implement new functionalities using React and Ionic, ensuring performance and usability on both iOS and Android platforms.
- Working with Mapping Libraries: Integrate and customize mapping solutions, displaying geospatial data and interactive elements for users.
- Backend Integration: Consume and integrate backend APIs for data retrieval, user authentication, and other application functionalities, ensuring smooth data flow and error handling.
- Collaborating with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate requirements into efficient, maintainable code.
- Deployment & Store Management: Deploy the mobile application to the Google Play Store, and manage updates, reviews, and performance monitoring to ensure optimal user experience.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in JavaScript and React Native with a solid understanding of mobile development principles.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and handling JSON data for mobile applications.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and optimize mobile applications.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
