Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and delivery of high-quality corporate data assets using the Palantir Foundry.
  • Develop data connection agents for various data sources – structured and unstructured – into Palantir Foundry.
  • Able to design and implement data integration between Palantir Foundry and external Apps based on the Foundry data connector framework.
  • Deploy applications on the Foundry platform infrastructure with clearly defined checks.
  • Candidate must have a good insight on data analytics framework using contour, Quiver, Code workbook, etc.
  • Candidate must write, evaluate, and deploy code and models in Foundry to simulate what-if scenarios.
  • Candidate must have a good understanding of designing the Foundry Ontology and building applications on top of the data in the Foundry.
  • Candidate must have a good understanding of The Foundry security model and data governance procedures.
  • Good knowledge of Big Data framework and related technologies (Spark, Hive, Hadoop, NoSQL).
  • Candidate must have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Python.
  • Sound knowledge of building the Data Pipeline from a scalability point of view by understanding the Application Landscape. Analyse structural requirements and builds data pipeline and models for analytics applications.
  • Strong Knowledge and working experience in ETL concept. Proficiency in data warehousing design, tuning, and ETL/ELT process development.
  • Collect, and collate data from disparate data sources such as RDBMS systems, logs, and data files of various formats. Strong SQL and data model understanding is necessary.
  • Cleanse the data, treat and process data for correctness, uniformity, and fitment for further analytical processing. Should work with large and diverse volumes of enterprise datasets.
  • Designs and builds conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts that conform to existing standards and conventions.
  • Good to have Knowledge in data modeling, process modeling, master data management, metadata management, and enterprise data management.
  • Experience in migrating data from legacy applications.
  • Interact with our Data teams across geographies to leverage expertise and contribute to the tech community.
  • DevOps project setup following Agile principles (e.g., Scrum).

Qualification and Experience

  • Education: B. E / B. Tech (Preferred – Computer Science / Information Technology )
    • M.C.A.
    • M.B.A – From a Reputed college.
    • M.Tech – From a reputed college.
  • Years of Experience: 3-6+ years.
  • Minimum 3 Years of hands-on experience in a Data Engineering role.

Technical Skill

  • Experience with Palantir Foundry.
  • Knowledge of programming languages: Python and SQL.
  • Knowledge of Big Data Technologies: PySpark.
  • Strong knowledge of ETL Process and Technique.
  • Deployment Knowledge: CI/CD Tool Chain.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL DB and NoSQL DB.

Additional Good to have Technical skills

  • Strong knowledge of Azure (Data Bricks, Data Factory, ADLS ).
  • AWS cloud experience.
  • Adobe and Google Analytics concepts.
  • Knowledge of various machine learning frameworks like Tensorflow, Keras, and PyTorch.
  • Exposure to MS Power Bi.
  • Knowledge of R and Scala.
  • Experience in the field of Automotive Sales and Aftersales, the Oil and Gas Industry, Banking and Finance, Retail (FMCG), and e-Commerce.

Other Skill

  • Extremely good Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the SDLC life Cycle.
  • Experience in Agile Product Development methodology.
  • Experience in Converting business requirements into business documents.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Experience in the field of Automotive Sales and Aftersales, the Oil and Gas Industry, Banking and Finance, Retail (FMCG), and e-Commerce is good to have.
