About Conference
- CERA 2023 invites prospective researchers, practitioners, and students worldwide to electronically submit a regular paper of their original work to be presented at the conference.
- All the submitted papers will be peer-reviewed.
- The accepted and presented papers will be considered for inclusion in IEEE Xplore (indexed by Scopus).
- The CERA 23 is financially sponsored by the Department of Water Resources Development and Management, IIT Roorkee and IEEE Roorkee Subsection.
- It is also technically co-sponsored by IEEE UP Section.
