About Kurukshetra
Kurukshetra is a place of religious pilgrimage and historical significance. It is the land pf Mahabharata and place where sermons of ‘Bhagwad Site’ were delivered. In medieval period, Thanesar, the old city was the seat of power of Harshwardhana. Kurukshetra is well connected to with rail/road. It is a railway junction on Delhi-Ambala section and is sit-uated on National Highway No.1 (GI Road). It Is approximately 160 km away from Delhi, 100 km from Chandigarh. NIT Kurukshetra is about 10 km from Pipli and 6 km from Kuruk-shetra railway station.
About MT Kurukshetra
National Institute of Technology Kurukshetra is an Institute of National Importance of the country and also has been a premier technical institute of the region. Founded in 1963 as Regional Engineering College Kurukshetra, the institute has rechristened as National Insti-tute of Technology, Kurukshetra on June 26, 2002. The campus extends over an area of 300 acres imaginatively laid down on a picturesque landscape. It presents a spectacle of harmony in architecture and natural beauty.
The institute offers several courses in various disciplines of B. Tech, M.Tech, MBA, MCA and Ph.D. Institute provides excellent facilities for advanced research in the emerging areas of Engineering, Science, Technology, Psychology and Management. The institute has well qualified and dedicated faculty along with sup-porting staff, laboratories and other infrastructure. About Physical Education & Sports Section
Physical education and Sports Section, NIT Kurukshetra has extensive and well laid out fields for sports and games. Badminton courts, tennis courts, cricket pitch, indoor badmin-ton hall football ground, volleyball court with lights and basketball court with lights, Ka-baddi ground and swimming pool etc. are some of the realities available to the students. Gymnasium center has been provided for health upkeep of students and staff members. It is fitted with the latest and state-of-the-art equipment for different physical exercises.
About the Conference
It is a well-known fact that participation in sports improves not only physical and mental health, but also helps in developing essential life skills and provides better career opportunities. Higher educational institutes are essential platforms for students to initiate their careers in sports. As it plays an important role in encouraging and motivating students to take part in various sports at different levels. Many students are representing their institutes, state and national level different sports.
However many academicians, physical directors and sports persons are a newer development in the field of sports and sports psychology in terms of both technical advancement in skills, training, methods and assessment tools, which cab, help them to achieve their goals. This national conference will be an opportunity for academicians, sports persons, coaches, sports psychologists, sports journalists, professionals, students and researchers. This conference will serve as a platform for them to share their knowledge, perspectives and research findings with others.

Submission Guidelines
- All submissions should be made ONLY as a Word document, with numbered pages not exceeding a word limit of 3,000.
- The first page of the submission will be the Title Page, containing the Title, Authors’ details (Name, Affiliation(s), and contact details).
- The author’s name or identification information must NOT be part of the remaining document. The manuscript should contain the Title, Abstract and Keywords followed by a full-length paper.
- All submissions should be in Times New Roman, 12-point size, single-spacing, with a 1-inch margin on all sides and should be mailed to ncspm2023[at]gmall[dot]com
- The final decision of acceptance of the papers lies with the conference organizing committee.
