Responsibilities
An AI engineer must use their expertise to translate a client’s business needs into a technical analysis problem and collaborate appropriately with a team of experts to execute AI solutions at scale.
The primary responsibilities of an Artificial Intelligence Engineer include:
- Create state-of-the-art models to understand large amounts of text, numeric, graphics, and voice data.
- Create and deploy production-ready code.
- AI/ML code deployment ensures robustness and reliability.
- Required and Preferred Skills
- Specific Skills – Mandatory.
Qualifications
- BTech in Computer Science/Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics and training.
- Academic courses at different levels of mathematics covering probability and statistics, Bayesian networks and graph modelling, deep learning and neural networks, and cognitive science
- Completion of a course in design, construction, training and deployment or multiple uses of a model for a given territory.
Required Technical Skill Sets
- Exposure to Statistical Toolkits such as R, Weka, Python
- Very good Python/R programming skills. Java programming skills a plus
- Building, deploying and measuring predictive/prescriptive analytics models (i.e. SVM, decision tree, clustering, logistic regression, linear and non-linear regression, ANN, CNN, RNN)
- Deep learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow, Keras, Torch, Theano
- Tooling frameworks like PyCharm or Jupyter
