Responsibilities
- Convert business objectives into optimized user experience design solutions.
- Zero escalations and have the necessary appreciation from the customer.
- Project and Process:
- Successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design, and design rationale, both verbally and visually.
- Create visual designs that effectively communicate product function and brand identity, including the design and production of screen layouts, colour palettes, typography, user interface elements, and icons.
- Work with Creative Leads, Lead Visual Designers, User Interface Designers and Developers to create and design visual treatments and interaction solutions that meet client specifications.
- Stay abreast of the latest design trends and new media technologies.
- Contribute towards updating knowledge assets and providing process improvements.
- Follow quality assurance norms.
Qualification
- Typically with a master’s/bachelors degree in visual design/visual communication/UI design/Graphics Having certification in user-centred design is a plus.
- Exceptional candidates may come from varied backgrounds but must have a solid design portfolio.
