Job Description
The Contact Center Voice Channel team is responsible for supporting global Ford Credit and Ford Motor contact centers. We focus on providing a reliable voice channel for seamless and positive customer experience. We implement the next generation of Contact Center Voice solutions that deliver enhanced value to our customers, our dealers, and our business, and provide superior customer experience.
The Call Recording and Speech Analytics Engineer will help plan, implement, and support the solution used across all global Ford Credit and Ford Motor contact centers. The responsibility includes the implementation of new use cases and new capabilities, integration with other systems, upgrades and patching, and keeping the system healthy and operational.
On-call, off-hours, and weekend support is required on a rotational basis.
Skills
- Windows Server and / or Linux scripting experience
- Clear understanding of network and application security standards
- Ability to create and maintain technical application documentation
- Understanding of VoIP technology
- Experience with Verint or other call recording software
- Familiarity with speech analytics software

Qualifications
- 6 + years of experience in a hands-on technical role engaged in implementing and supporting software applications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Windows Server and / or Linux server administration
- Knowledge of networking protocols and concepts
- Working knowledge of SQL Server and the ability to write ad-hoc queries
- Advanced trouble-shooting skills
- Strong analytical and critical decision-making skills
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of configuration control and deployment practices
- Self-starter, capable of working independently and as a team player
- Availability to work off-hours for support
