Riot Games operates 9 regional leagues internationally with those regions having their own official ranking systems. This opportunity is to use official League of Legends Esports data to create a method for ranking LoL Esports pro teams globally. Will your method be able to predict the next world champion?

Requirements
What to build
Build a working method (API, notebook, working web application) for a League of Legends Global Power Ranking system using the esports data provided by Riot Games and at least one AWS service. The working method must provide the following outputs:
- Tournament rankings – provide team rankings for a given tournament
- Global rankings – provide current rankings of all teams globally
- Team rankings – provide rankings for a given list of teams
