About Tri-NIT Hackathon
ACM NITK, Spider-NIT Trichy, and CSEA-NIT Warangal proudly present the TRI-NIT Hackathon. A 36-hour-long hackathon where thousands of students from all over India come together and work on various problem statements. Problem statements include both software and electronic tracks. This collaboration between three of the most prestigious institutions in the country brings you a golden opportunity to test your skills against the best of the best contenders for cash prizes, goodies, and more! Participants will be building projects from scratch, which will finally be presented to our panel of experienced judges to decide our winners. Join us and use this opportunity to think outside the box!
The Tri-NIT hackathon gives you the platform to showcase your innovation capabilities and find new, creative solutions to existing problems. Apart from the fantastic prizes, we have a great experience for you budding developers. Prove your prowess in machine learning, web development, blockchain, or digital electronics and solve real-world problems in education, healthcare, finance, and more. Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate must be either enrolled in a 4-year B.E/B.Tech or a 5-year dual degree (B.Tech/M.Tech or B.Tech/MS) program from any institution across India
- Team size: 2-4 members
- All team members should be undergraduate B.Tech/ BE students or dual degree students.
Tracks
- Development: A track to develop Websites and Mobile Apps based on our problem statements for you, in line with the theme.
- Machine Learning: A track for all ML enthusiasts out there. It brings together participants to solve real-data challenges based on Sustainability by applying Machine learning. It aims to bring to life creative solutions to leverage the power of AI to amplify human capability.
- Electronics: This track is for all those interested in electronics. It focuses on problem statements based on IoT and Digital Circuit design to solve a real-world sustainability problem.
- Web 3.0: This track allows Web3 enthusiasts to turn ideas into projects. It offers opportunities to work on blockchain-based problem statements focusing on different areas across NFTs, DeFi, and the metaverse to pursue a more sustainable future.
