Responsibilities
- As a Logic Designer Engineer, you will be responsible for the E2E development of features with an impact on our Mainframe and/or POWER customers.
- Develop the feature, and present the proposed architecture in the High-level design discussions.
- Estimate the overall effort to develop the feature.
- Collaborate with the Verification, Physical design, testgen, and mill code teams to develop the feature.
- Pre Silicon: Sign off the Design that meets all the functional, area and timing goals.
- Post Silicon: Validate the hardware functionality.

Required Technical Skill Sets
- Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in the IT Industry.
- Experience with VLSI Design in VHDL / Verilog.
- Working knowledge of crypto algorithms and interested in learning new ones (AES, SHA, RSA, ECC, PQC).
- Understand and Design Power efficient logic.
- Drive design closure including test plan reviews and verification coverage.
- Physical Design, Understanding of assertions, Timing.
- Experience in building arithmetic units -adders, multipliers.
- Experience with a RISC-V core.
- Understanding or experience in side-channel attacks.
