About Skill Internship Vritika
‘VRITIKA’ is a call for scientific initiation and practice through training and skill internship. Through this internship, the program seeks to foster a strong interest in scientific and engineering research as well as provide technical insight into the field of science and engineering. Organizations, institutes, and laboratories of national significance will largely facilitate these internships.
Objective
- To provide a rich knowledge of drones and emitter systems and their radio frequency fingerprints.
- Design steps overview for the development of resource-constrained deep learning algorithms and their implementation on various emitter devices and drones.
- Generation of skilled and trained manpower through this training to promote entrepreneurship in the defense sector.
- Converting research training into a reputed indexed publication by enhancing research paper writing skills.
Selection Criteria
- Academic achievement in university examinations (CGPA/percentage of marks).
- Participation in academic/co-curricular competitions and other awards/distinctions.
- Reputed research papers and/or academic research projects will be given preference.
- Note: Selected candidates will be notified through e-mail.
Selected applicants should have to produce a letter of authentication from their Supervisor / Head of the Department / Head of the Institute indicating their association with the Institute and a “No Objection Certificate (NOC)” for allowing their student to undergo an internship.

- Submission of individual final reports at the end of the tenure is mandatory.
- It would be appreciable if candidates bring their own laptops.
- Course completion certificate at the end of a successful internship.
