Internship Details

As a Product Operations Intern, you will be key in optimizing customer experiences, assisting the tech-product team, and improving overall operational efficiency.

Spinny is seeking a meticulous Product Operations Intern to support the management and optimization of customer journey processes on its platform. The intern will collaborate closely with the Product and Tech teams, overseeing customer journeys and configurations, monitoring system performance, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This role offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product operations while making a direct impact on Spinny’s growth and customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

  1. Customer Journey Optimization: Build, review, and modify customer journeys based on real-time data and feedback. Work with the Product team to implement changes that enhance the user experience.
  2. Configuration Management: Update and manage configurations in the platform to support product features and process flows. Ensure changes align with business requirements and improve operational efficiency.
  3. Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor key performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, errors, or areas of improvement. Use data insights to drive continuous improvement in product performance and user satisfaction.
  4. Error Tracking & Reporting: Identify, document, and report issues or errors in the customer journey process. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and enhance reliability.

Qualification and Required Skill Sets

  1. Currently pursuing or recently completed B.Tech/B.E or equivalent degree
  2. Basic understanding of product management and operational processes.
  3. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  4. Good communication skills for reporting and coordinating with team members.
  5. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  6. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  7. Prior experience with customer journey design, product configurations, or operations is advantageous.
  8. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL, data analysis tools, or CRM systems is a plus.
