Job Description

Join Ericsson as a Researcher and take the opportunity to lead technological innovation by conducting in-depth research across various fields to shape and enhance our business strategies. In this role, you will play a key part in discovering and developing new Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs), as well as creating effective tools, demos, and testbeds that drive competitiveness. You will also lead external relations efforts, influence standardization, and facilitate knowledge transfer within the organization. By guiding and shaping our scientific research, you’ll help position Ericsson as a leader in technological advancement.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform in-depth research, encompassing both theoretical analysis and computer simulations.
  • Identify and create new intellectual property rights to enhance the value of our business.
  • Design and develop a range of tools, demos, and testbeds focused on producing reusable and efficient code.
  • Foster external relations by promoting Ericsson’s research and cultivating strategic partnerships.
  • Contribute to standardization efforts, representing Ericsson in industry regulatory bodies.
  • Support knowledge transfer within the organization to strengthen Ericsson’s overall expertise.
