About the Role
The program is structured to offer hands-on experience in software development, DevOps, and infrastructure. It provides aspiring Software Development Engineers (SDEs) and those interested in cloud infrastructure and automation with the opportunity to work on impactful projects. Participants will contribute to developing a scalable platform from the ground up, gaining valuable industry experience in the process.
Roles and Responsibilities
For SDE Roles:
- Design, develop, and implement features for the ATS platform using open-source frameworks.
- Write clean, efficient code for both frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Debug, test, and optimize code for performance and scalability.
- Contribute to API design, database architecture, and third-party integrations.
For DevOps & Infrastructure Roles:
- Set up and manage cloud infrastructure on platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, ensuring scalability and reliability.
- Automate repetitive tasks using scripting tools and frameworks.
- Research and implement best practices in security, infrastructure, and deployment.
Qualifications
- Final-year students or recent graduates in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong programming skills in one or more languages (JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, etc.).
- Familiarity with web development frameworks like React, Node.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
- Basic understanding of database systems (SQL, MongoDB) and version control (Git).
- For DevOps aspirants: Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms.
- Passion for coding, problem-solving, and building scalable systems.
