Job Description
- Software Developer with UI frontend and backend experience.
- In the Software Developer role, you will be involved in building and implementing new functional enhancements to existing software products.
- Your goal will be to build efficient programs and systems that serve user needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and support the enhancements in the existing solution,
- Work with developers to design and implement algorithms,
- Produce clean, efficient code based on specifications.
- Integrate software components and third-party programs.
- Verify and deploy programs and systems.
- Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing software.
- Create technical documentation for reference and reporting
- Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholders
- Work on a large complex Agile project to implement new or enhance existing power dispatch systems.
- Understand the technical requirements of the statistical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and suggest improvements.
- Work with Business SMEs, business analysts, and solution architects on a day-to-day basis.
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
- Get things done – think outside the box and find creative solutions to tough technical problems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Java, Swing, JSON, HTML, XML, Electron, JavaScript, React.js, C/C++
- UI Design and Development principles.
- Solid understanding of Software Design fundamentals
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and challenges throughout project development and successfully manage customer expectations.
- Proven working experience in an agile software development environment.
- Good analytical and problem-resolution skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the English language (both written and oral)
- Passion for delivering results at high-quality standards.
- Approachable and flexible, open, trustworthy, and innovative.
- Passion to learn and continuously grow.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
