Job Description
Instrumental in keeping the technology talent market relevant, by upskilling and cross-skilling them. Primarily responsible for delivering foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development and industry content. Contribute to course content development and creation of questions for certification and assessments.
Responsibilities
- Devise and deliver technical training programs for entry-level and lateral employees according to organizational requirements.
- Deliver classroom and virtual training to entry-level and lateral employees.
- You will involve in creating the curriculum, developing content, presentations, hands-on scenarios, lab guides, case studies & assessments.
- Should have effective Program and stakeholder management skills.
Technical Experience
- Should be a subject matter expert on JavaScript framework.
- Train employees on JavaScript and other front-end web development technologies.
- Exposure to other JavaScript frameworks like Angular, React, VUE, and Flutter.
- Familiarity with Cloud-based environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Upskill on Cloud Native and Cloud adjacent skills.
- Passion to train and enable employees on Front End Development Technologies.
- Passion to learn and quickly upskilling myself on Front End Development Technologies.
Qualification
B.Tech. /B.E. / MCA / Equivalent IT Qualification.
