Job Profile Description
- Senior Project Engineer
- Managing a small team;
- design and develop systems and applications, deal with ambiguities and resolve the problem, provide directions
- collaborate with other teams, Communication with users and other technical teams
- management to collect requirements, evaluate alternatives and describe product strategy, technical designs, and product features.
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Identifying and analyzing user requirements
- Prioritizing, assigning and executing tasks throughout the software development life cycle
- Module lead
- responsible for managing and providing leadership for the delivery of a system module
- work on and handle a section of a program; plan maintenance and make sure their module is fully functional and working with the other modules
- understanding the existing program code, testing, and documenting technical specifications.
- Effective delegation and managing subordinates
- Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.
- Identifying and analyzing user requirements
- Prioritizing, assigning and executing tasks throughout the software development life cycle
- Project Lead
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project/product, oversee a team of Project Engineers, and ensure technical feasibility.
- plan to monitor and track the progress of the project. Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Create and communicate a clear list of expectations and goals for team members to follow Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

Eligibility
- Educational Qualification :
- BE/B-Tech. or equivalent degree with 60% or equivalent CGPA OR
- Post Graduate degree in Science/ Computer Application or in the relevant domain(s) with 60% or equivalent CGPA OR
- ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree OR
- PhD in relevant discipline
- Post Qualification relevant Experience
- 3 – 7 years of relevant experience
- Age Limit
- 40 Years.
Salary
Rs. 8.49 LPA to Rs. 14 LPA (Candidates with higher experience within the given bracket will be offered higher salary as per policy)
