Project Title
Development of a CUDA C/C++ based Whole-cell Simulator Package(WSP).
Eligibility
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech. in CSE/IT/ECE/EE or equivalent discipline with 70% Marks (or 7.5/10 CGPA) in all examinations and valid GATE Qualification. OR ME/M.Tech. in CSE/IT/EE/ECE or equivalent discipline with 70% marks (or 7.5/10 CGPA) in all examinations. Desired Experience : Programming skill in C/C++ and knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning.
- Experience: Knowledge in Computational Biology and or Bioinformatics.
- Age limit: Upper age limit is 28 years. Relaxable upto 5 years in the case of SC/ST/OBC/Physically Handicapped / Visually Handicapped and female applicant.
