Job Profile Description
- Participate in requirements analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams for Network infrastructure design and architecture.
- Test and deploy systems.
- Improve existing infrastructure.
- Documentation throughout the design, planning, implementation, monitoring, change control, and maintenance.
- Serve as an expert on Network Infrastructure and provide technical support.
- Meeting with client to determine requirements of LAN and WAN Network.
- Analyzing system requirements.
- Developing technical specifications.
- Reviewing configurations.
- Providing support to colleagues’ support team.
- Drafting operating procedures.
- Training to colleague staff.
- Adhering to all IT network compliance, procedure, and internal and external audits, formulated DR/BCP procedures and practices.
- Project management along with client Project Team (Internal & client) for smooth implementation of new business setup or ramp-up of existing businesses.
- Network Technology SPOC for Client/Customer requirements like all types of communication, client meetings, and resolution of escalations.
- RCA Review, SOPs review, and weekly/monthly reports review and submitting to Management, reviewing team’s performance, Mentoring, and guiding team for their skill improvements.
Required Skill Sets
- Experience in Designing, implementing, and maintaining the legacy and next generation of network systems, Adept at implementing networking protocols to provide effective services and boost daily networking activities & ongoing network projects.
- Hands-on – Routers/Switches/Firewalls including NAT, VPN, SFR, WLC, AP, and Firewalls. Network Tools – Solar Winds, Kiwi Syslog, Kiwi Cat Tools, Ethereal, Cisco ISE, etc.
- Full accountability for managing day-to-day network changes, including Firewall Changes and hardware or software modifications.
- Excellency in planning Major activities or changes in Infra to accomplish a minimal Business impact.
- Possessing Excellent troubleshooting, analyzing, and problem-solving skills in Lan/Wan and firewall
- Process & delivery excellence, Datacentre relocation including overall workflow; Ensuring process &compliance with client requirements.
- Skill set in implementing policies and procedures of various compliance like ISO27001, BCP, PCI, GDPR, and compliance initiative.
- Knowledge and experience in Service Management concepts, including Incident, Change, and problem management.
- Accomplished multiple SP connectivity and redundancy, analysis of all applicable Service Improvement Plans with SP.
- EMS tools: Knowledge NMS, EMS tools, the configuration of devices and parameters in tool and monitoring, Helpdesk ticketing tool.
- Expertise in TCP/IP, Subnetting, and allocation of IP Addressing.
- Configuration of IP Routing using Static Routes, RIP, IGRP, EIGRP, BGP, and OSPF.
- Perform firmware and driver updates of Network equipment.
- Manage tasks, events, and alarms Health status of Network and network security equipment
- Manage and administer Windows server roles – Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WSUS, File Server, Print Server, and IIS Server.
- Implement and Manage HA and Failover.

Salary
Approx Rs. 1,00,000/- pm, salary offer will be commensurate to qualification & relevant experience.
Qualification and Experience
- 3-7 years experience.
- First Class (60 % or 6.75 CGPA) BE/B. Tech with any Specialization OR;
- First Class (60 % or 6.75 CGPA) MCA OR;
- First Class (60 % or 6.75 CGPA) Post Graduate degree in Science / Computer Application.
